Shiftworker. A shiftworker, for the purposes of the additional week’s annual leave provided by the NES, a shiftworker is an Employee who employee who: (i) is regularly rostered over 7 days of the week; and (ii) regularly works for more than four ordinary hours on 10 or more weekends during the year in which their annual leave accruesweekends.
