Common use of Shift Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Shift Scheduling. All scheduled shifts will be between four (4) and eight (8) hours of work, unless mutually agreed to between the Employer and employee. Hours of work will be scheduled by seniority and based on the weekly staffing needs of the business.
