Common use of Shift Premium Clause in Contracts

Shift Premium. A shift premium of $0.60 per hour will apply to all hours worked on the afternoon shift and $1.00 will apply to all hours worked on the night shift.

Shift Premium. A Employees working the afternoon shift will be paid a shift premium of $0.60 thirty cents (30¢) per hour hour.
