Shift Patterns. (a) The Employer, in scheduling shifts, shall take into consideration an Employee’s request for certain shift schedules, subject to the requirements of Clause 13.05. (b) The shift patterns which may be available are: (i) days only; (ii) evenings only; (iii) nights only.
