Shift Patterns. 12.10 (a) The Employer, in scheduling shifts, shall take into consideration a Team Member’s request for certain shift schedules, subject to the requirements of Clause 12.05.

Shift Patterns. (a) All matters pertaining to the length of the work day and shift patterns shall be determined by this Agreement and be implemented at each assembly point by mutual agreement.

The parties agree that should there be a requirement for a shift pattern change and there is no agreement between the staff affected and the direct Supervisor, the Union will meet with the Employer and discuss the issue with the intent of reaching agreement. Should no agreement occur, the parties shall use an Hours of Work Umpire and put forward written submissions outlining their positions. The Hours of Work Umpire shall make a final and binding decision. Neither party shall use Legal Counsel. The Hours of Work Umpire shall be Xxx Xxxxxx.
Shift Patterns. 39.4.1 A new roster, or a change to shift cycles, may be approved by SBS after consultation with the relevant Employees. Shift rosters will specify the commencement and finishing times of ordinary hours of duty of the respective shifts.
Shift Patterns a) Employees agree to work shift patterns, which meet the needs of the market and business, eg. five (5) days by eight (8) hours rotating through day shift/afternoon shift/night shift, six (6) days by twelve (12) hours rotating through day shift/night shift, seven (7) days by twelve (12) hours rotating through day shift/night shift. Wherever possible the Company will provide one week’s notice to employees affected by an alteration to a shift pattern.
Shift Patterns. 7.1. Shifts are worked according to the working pattern depicted below in clause 7.2 and this is to be read in conjunction with the Pay Calendar for the applicable year to ascertain when the 5-week months fall.
