Shift Guarantee. Except as set forth below, Contractor shall be paid a minimum guaranteed payment (the "Guarantee Rate") for each calendar day the Crew is Under Hire. The Guarantee Rate will be calculated as follows: (8 hours) x (number of Crew Members) x (Hourly Rate specified in C 1.1 or C 1.2 as appropriate)
Shift Guarantee. The Employer shall pay to every employee covered by this Agreement who works in excess of four (4) hours and less than eight (8) hours in any shift, at least the equivalent of eight (8) hours at straight time for each shift, provided the employee is available for work at site except where, in the case of inclement weather, the work is suspended by the owner's engineer, then only actual hours worked shall be paid for. At no time shall an employee receive less than four (4) hours' pay under this provision unless the employee voluntarily leaves the site, in which case he/she shall only be paid for actual hours worked. It is hereby understood and agreed by the parties hereto that if an employee works from 8:00 a.m. to sometime past midnight and is requested not to report for work until an eight
Shift Guarantee. The Resource Provider shall be paid a minimum guaranteed payment for each calendar day the Crew is Under Hire. The Guarantee Rate will be calculated as follows: 8 hours x number of Crew Members x Hourly Rate from Attachment A. - For the first day of dispatch and last day when released from the incident, the Resource Provider will be compensated for only the actual hours worked including travel time. - The minimum guaranteed payment does not apply if the Resource Provider cancels a confirmed dispatch at any time; or if the Resource Provider or the Crew is in default with the terms of the Agreement or if the Crew is unable to perform part or all of its designated shift/hours. In such event, only actual On-Shift hours will be paid. • Call-Back - The State shall compensate the Resource Provider for one (1) hour call-back time if resource availability has been confirmed by the Resource Provider and is then canceled by the State before the resource leaves the Point of Hire. Payment will be made on the basis of the verified Crew strength. If the State cancels the order while the resource is in travel status, the State will compensate the Resource Provider according to the actual travel time (but no less than one (1) hour).
Shift Guarantee. The Contractor shall be paid a minimum guaranteed payment for each calendar day the Hand Crew is Under Hire. The Guarantee Rate will be calculated as follows: 8 hours X the number of crew members X the Hand Crew’s hourly rate per person as specified in Attachment A. • For the first day of dispatch and last day when released from the Incident, the Contractor will be compensated for only the actual hours worked including travel time. • The minimum guaranteed payment does not apply if the Contractor cancels a confirmed dispatch at any time; or if the Contractor or the crew is in default with the terms of this Agreement or if the crew is unable to perform part or all its designated shift/hours. In such an event, only actual On-Shift hours will be paid.
Shift Guarantee. An employee on eleven and a half (11.5) hour shifts who reports to work on his regular shift shall receive a minimum of five and one-half (5 ¾) hours pay at their regular rate, provided that if five and one-half (5 ¾) hours of work is not available at his regular job, he/she shall perform such temporary work as may be assigned to him to qualify for such pay. Any employees completing the first half of his regular shift who commences work on the second half of his/her regular shift shall receive his full pay for that shift.
Shift Guarantee. An employee injured while working in the plant shall suffer no loss of earnings for the hours he would have worked but were necessarily lost on the day in which the accident occurred, and up to three ( 3 ) subsequent absences within six (6) weeks of the date of the accident if, as a result of such injury, medical attention is required and is so verified by a medical certificate.
Shift Guarantee. Employees shall be guaranteed the shift(s) (day‐evening‐night) they were hired for, except where otherwise mutually agreed or where a reduction in staff necessitates a change in shift.
Shift Guarantee. If an employee is injured while working in the plant in the course of his employment, the Company agrees to pay his normal straight time hourly base rate for the regularly scheduled hours he would have worked on the shift when the accident occurred
Shift Guarantee. If the construction and/or site work is continued for more than four (4) hours, then the crew and its appropriate classifications are not to receive less than eight (8) hours' pay at the appropriate rate regardless of the activity performed, provided the diver is available for work at site. At no time shall a diver receive less than four (4) hours' pay under this provision unless the diver voluntarily leaves the site, in which case he/she shall only be paid for actual hours worked.
