Sharing of Participant Information. ATI and Teledyne Technologies shall share, ATI shall cause each applicable ATI Entity to share, and Teledyne Technologies shall cause each applicable Teledyne Technologies Entity to share, with each other and their respective agents and vendors (without obtaining releases) all participant information necessary for the efficient and accurate administration of each of the ATI Plans and the Teledyne Technologies Plans. ATI and Teledyne Technologies and their respective authorized agents shall, subject to applicable laws on confidentiality, be given reasonable and timely access to, and may make copies of, all information relating to the subjects of this Agreement in the custody of the other party, to the extent necessary for such administration. Until December 31, 2000, all participant information shall be provided in a manner and medium that is compatible with the data processing systems of ATI as in effect on the Close of the Distribution Date, unless otherwise agreed to by ATI and Teledyne Technologies.
