SFDC Clause Samples

The SFDC clause typically refers to provisions related to the use of Salesforce.com (SFDC) within a contract. This clause may specify requirements for integrating, accessing, or managing data through the Salesforce platform, and can outline responsibilities for maintaining data security, user access, or compliance with Salesforce’s terms of service. Its core practical function is to ensure that both parties understand their obligations and limitations when utilizing Salesforce.com as part of their business relationship, thereby reducing the risk of misunderstandings or non-compliance with platform rules.
