(a) The Supplier shall perform the initial setup and configuration of the backup solutions for The Client’s SaaS applications, ensuring seamless integration with The Client’s existing IT environment. (b) The Supplier shall tailor the backup configurations to meet The Client’s specific business requirements and compliance obligations.
