SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES/GRIEVANCES. 13.1 It is mutually agreed that there shall be no authorized strikes, lockouts, or other slowdowns or cessation of work by either party on account of any labor differences pending the utilization of the grievance procedure as set forth below, provided that employees covered by this Agreement shall not be expected to pass through a duly authorized picket line.
