Session Calls and Cancellations. Sessions Scoring sessions must be a minimum of 3 hours, though longer sessions and “double sessions” are permitted. In the case of a double session (two sessions performed on the same day), it shall include a maximum of 7 recording hours in an 8-hour time span, with a minimum 1-hour lunch break. Once engaged, a Musician may not be canceled with less than 96 hours’ notice.

  • ORDER CANCELLATION Users of this contract are advised that orders (all or part) cancelled or returned after acceptance of requested merchandise will be subject to a restocking fee of ten percent (10%) of the invoice amount (not to exceed $500.00 per order) plus return freight charges.
