Common use of Services Supplied Clause in Contracts

Services Supplied. 2.1 The Service Provider agrees to provide to the IOM the vehicles (the “Vehicle/s”) as outlined by ▇▇▇▇▇ 1, attached hereto and considered an integral part. 2.2 The Service Provider agrees to provide to the IOM fully qualified, licensed and insured drivers in the amount and at the time outlined by Annex 2 (Driver/s’ Details), attached hereto and considered an integral part. 2.3 Services will be provided by the Service Provider upon submission of a Vehicle Request Form at least 1 (one) day prior to provision of vehicle as outlined by Annex 3 (Vehicle Request Form), attached hereto and considered an integral part. Any Services requested may be cancelled until 24 (twenty four) hours prior to provision of vehicle as requested by IOM without incurring any charges. 2.4 The Service Provider shall make the Vehicles available from [start date] to [end date]. 2.5 Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted as creating an exclusive relationship between the Parties. IOM does not warrant that any quantity of Services will be requested during the term of this Agreement. If any United Nations (“UN”) entity wishes to avail of services which are of the same type 2.6 as the Services through their own contracting formats, the Service Provider shall extend such services to them at prices and on terms no less favourable than those provided in this Agreement for the Services. For this purpose, IOM shall be entitled to disclose information related to this Agreement to any other UN entity.
