Request for Maintenance. For every maintenance request or in the case of breakdown, IOM shall in written communicate to the vendor on required maintenance or repairs where need by issuing a formal Job Order form filled in by the IOM Fleet responsible. This shall be communicated immediately and will require action from the vendor immediately upon receipt of the complaint and not exceeding 24 hours for issues communicated prior to trip request, while for issues during the cause of a trip or during a field mission. The vendor shall expressly replace the vehicle in question and the mode of communication via email or text message can surface in urgent situation that poses security risk.
