Common use of SERVICES IMPROVEMENT Clause in Contracts

SERVICES IMPROVEMENT. The Service Provider shall have an ongoing obligation throughout the Term to identify new or potential improvements to the Services in accordance with this clause, and as outlined elsewhere in this Contract. The Service Provider shall identify and report to the Purchaser no less than once every twelve (12) months new or potential improvements to the Services. The Service Provider shall ensure that the information that it provides to the Purchaser in accordance with clause 25.1 shall be sufficient for the Purchaser to decide whether any improvement should be implemented. The Service Provider shall provide any further information that the Purchaser requests. If the Purchaser wishes to incorporate any improvement identified by the Service Provider the Purchaser shall send the Service Provider a Change Request in accordance with the Change Control Procedure.
