Common use of Service Term ʹSubscription Start Date Clause in Contracts

Service Term ʹSubscription Start Date. The Service Term for the Silverline SaaS Offerings shall start ŽŶ ƚŚĞ ^ƵďƐĐƌŝƉƚŝŽŶ ^ƚĂƌƚ ĂƚĞ͘ ͞^ƵďƐĐƌŝƉƚŝŽŶ ^ Order of any Silverline SaaS Offering, the date that we have approved the purchase order for such Silverline SaaS Offerings, which date shall be no later than fifteen (15) business days following the date that (i) you have signed or accepted the Agreement, and (ii) we have received the applicable Order; provided, however, that you may request a Subscription Start Date that is later than the date provided in this Section 1.4 if such later Subscription Start Date, clearly labeled as such, is set forth in the applicable Order; and (b) with respect to the renewal of any Silverline SaaS Offerings, the day immediately following the last day of the prior Service Term.
