Service Integration/Linkage. C.10.1.1 The Provider shall develop formal relationships and agreements with other CFSA service providers, District agencies serving children, youth and families, and community-based organizations. The services shall be appropriate to the age, gender, sexual orientation, cultural heritage, developmental and functional level, as well as the learning ability of each youth. The Provider shall demonstrate evidence of such a service network via sub-contracts, formal service agreements, and/or memoranda of understanding among members of the service network.

These facilities include but are not limited to, a sufficient number of trunks to the point of interconnection with the tandem company, and sufficient interoffice and interexchange facilities and trunks between its own central offices to adequately handle traffic between all central offices within the service areas at P.01 grade of service or better.
