Service Category 1: Benefits Consulting Services. The Respondent’s Service Category 1 Cost Proposal Score shall be calculated by the Department using the following formula and used for scoring purposes only: (Sum of Initial Term Hourly Rates for all three Job Titles x 0.6) + (Sum of Renewal Term Hourly Rates for all three Job Titles x 0.4) = Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 1 The Respondent with the lowest Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 1 shall receive 70 points. Other Respondents shall receive points based on the following formula: (X ÷ N) x 70 = Z Where: X = lowest Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 1 of all responses N = Respondent’s Calculated Hourly Rate for Service Category 1 Z = points awarded

The excess generation by the SPD equal to this generation loss shall be procured by the Buying Utility at the PSA tariff so as to offset this loss in the succeeding 3 (three) Contract Years.

  • DEPENDENT PERSONAL SERVICES 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 16, 18 and 19, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of an employment shall be taxable only in that State unless the employment is exercised in the other Contracting State. If the employment is so exercised, such remuneration as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
