SEPARATE ACCOUNT FOR THE STRUCTURED INVESTMENT OPTION. For all Contracts that offer the Structured Investment Option, we hold in our Separate Account [No. 68A.] an amount equal to the Cash Values for the Structured Investment Option attributable to those Contracts. We have established this separate account and maintain it in accordance with the laws of the state of Arizona. Xxxxxx, realized and unrealized gains and losses from the assets in this separate account are credited to or charged against it without regard to our other income, gains or losses. Assets are placed in this separate account to support the Contract and other annuity contracts. The assets of the separate account are our property. You do not participate in the performance of the separate account. We may transfer assets of the separate account in excess of reserves and other liabilities with respect to such account to another separate account or to our general account. We may, at our discretion, invest assets of the account in any investment permitted by applicable law. We may rely exclusively on the opinion of counsel (including counsel in our employ) as to what investments we may make as law permits. We have the right, subject to compliance with applicable law, to: (a) add new separate accounts to be used for the same purpose as Separate Account [No. 68A], (b) divide the separate account into two or more separate accounts to be used for the same purpose, and (c) combine this separate account with any other separate account that is used for the same purpose.   • Permitted Withdrawals and Transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account (a) The Master Servicer will, from time to time on demand of the Master Servicer, the Trustee or the Securities Administrator, make or cause to be made such withdrawals or transfers from the Master Servicer Collection Account as the Master Servicer has designated for such transfer or withdrawal pursuant to the Servicing Agreements. The Master Servicer may clear and terminate the Master Servicer Collection Account pursuant to Section 10.01 and remove amounts from time to time deposited in error.

  • The Investment Account; Eligible Investments (a) Not later than the Withdrawal Date, the Master Servicer shall withdraw or direct the withdrawal of funds in the Custodial Accounts for P&I, for deposit in the Investment Account, in an amount representing:

  • Investment Funds Unregistered general or limited partnerships or pooled investment vehicles and/or registered investment companies in which the Company (directly, or indirectly through the Master Fund) invests its assets that are advised by an Investment Manager.

  • Separate Accounts The trustee shall maintain within the trust fund a separate account for each Agricultural Contractor that signs the trust agreement to hold deposits made pursuant to this article.

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Collection Account The Servicer may, from time to time, withdraw funds from the Collection Account for the following purposes:

  • Withdrawals from the Collection Account and Distribution Account (a) The Servicer shall, from time to time, make withdrawals from the Collection Account for any of the following purposes or as described in Section 4.03:

  • Permitted Withdrawals from the Certificate Account and the Distribution Account (a) The Master Servicer may (and, in the case of clause (ix) below, shall) from time to time make withdrawals from the Certificate Account for the following purposes but only to the extent of amounts related to the Combined Mortgage Loans or the Group 5 Mortgage Loans, as applicable to the particular withdrawal:

  • Separate Account If Student-Generated Content is stored or maintained by the Provider, Provider shall, at the request of the LEA, transfer, or provide a mechanism for the LEA to transfer, said Student- Generated Content to a separate account created by the student.

  • Custodial Accounts; Distribution Account (a) On or prior to the Closing Date, the Master Servicer shall have caused each Servicer to establish and maintain one or more Custodial Accounts, as provided in the related Purchase and Servicing Agreement, into which all Scheduled Payments and unscheduled payments with respect to the related Mortgage Loans, net of any deductions or reimbursements permitted under the related Purchase and Servicing Agreement, shall be deposited. On each Distribution Account Deposit Date, the Servicers shall remit to the Securities Administrator for deposit into the Distribution Account, all amounts so required to be deposited into such account in accordance with the terms of the related Purchase and Servicing Agreements.

  • Investment Accounts Schedule 2 sets forth under the headings “Securities Accounts” and “Commodity Accounts”, respectively, all of the Securities Accounts and Commodity Accounts in which such Grantor has an interest. Except as disclosed to the Administrative Agent, such Grantor is the sole entitlement holder of each such Securities Account and Commodity Account, and such Grantor has not consented to, and is not otherwise aware of, any Person (other than the Administrative Agent) having “control” (within the meanings of Sections 8-106 and 9-106 of the UCC) over, or any other interest in, any such Securities Account or Commodity Account or any securities or other property credited thereto;
