Senior Lecturers. Except for crossing the bar at step 5, advancement to the next step in the grade shall occur after 12 months on the previous step, subject to approval by the academic head confirming satisfactory performance in accordance with the Schedule of Duties (Schedule 1) and the standards contained in the ‘Academic Standards’ HR Policy.
