Seller's Representations, Warranties and Recourse. This sale is made without recourse against the Seller, or representation or warranty by the Seller, whether expressed, implied or imposed by law, of any kind or nature except as provided in Sections 6 and 22 of this Agreement. The Seller has not, does not and will not make any representations or warranties with respect to the collectibility of any Loan or the value or condition of the Mortgaged Property. To the extent the Loan(s) constitute personal or real property, such property is sold "as is, where is," and the Seller expressly disclaims any representations or warranties with respect to such property.
