The Note(s) and Mortgage(s) and any documents modifying their terms included in the Review File are true and correct copies of the documents they purport to be and have not been superseded, amended, modified, canceled or otherwise changed except as disclosed in the Review File.
The Buyer's bid and decision to purchase the Loan(s) is based upon its own comprehensive review and independent expert evaluation and analysis of the Review File and other materials deemed relevant by the Buyer and its agents.
