Security; Lost or Stolen Card; and Unauthorized Use. You are responsible for protecting the security of your Card, Account, and any credentials and devices you use to access your Account. You must take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your Card and Account. We reserve the right to request you take specific steps to limit access to or prevent unauthorized use of your Card and/or Account. For security reasons, you must, upon receipt of the Card, comply with any card activation procedures as may be prescribed by us.

Security; Lost or Stolen Card; and Unauthorized Use. You must take reasonable steps to prevent the unauthorized use of your Card and Account. We may give you a Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) and may require you provide the PIN prior to using your Card. Keep your PIN secure and do not write it down or give it to anyone. We reserve the right to request you take specific steps to limit access to or prevent unauthorized use of your Card and/or Account. For security reasons, you must, upon receipt of the Card, and comply with any card activation procedures as may be prescribed by us. If a Card is lost or stolen or if you believe someone else may be using your Card or Account without your permission or otherwise knows your PIN, you must tell us at once.   • Lost or Stolen Cards You must tell us immediately by telephone or in writing if you know or suspect that a Card is lost or stolen, or if you know or suspect that your Card or the Account is being used without your authority. Once you have told us that your Card or Account is lost, stolen or used without your authority, we will be able to prevent use of that Card and the Account number.

  • Notification of Xxxxxx and Unauthorized Release (a) Vendor will promptly notify the District of any breach or unauthorized release of Protected Data it has received from the District in the most expedient way possible and without unreasonable delay, but no more than seven (7) calendar days after Vendor has discovered or been informed of the breach or unauthorized release.
