Common use of Section Apprentice Work Clause in Contracts

Section Apprentice Work. The Apprentice shall at all times be under the direction of a Journeyman of the same classification in which the work is being performed. An Apprentice(s) shall not work alone inconsistent with the appropriate Unions Standards of Apprenticeship.
