Section 9.1.4. 22 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 23 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 24 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would have 25 normally earned. A deduction shall be made from the employee’s accumulated sick leave in 26 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District.
