Common use of Section 9.1.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.4. 2 All employees fulfilling their summer assignments, consistent with Summer Transportation 3 Employment, Section 21.5.1., who work their last scheduled day before and first scheduled day 4 after July 4, shall be compensated for the holiday.

Section 9.1.4. 2 16 All employees fulfilling their summer assignments, consistent with Summer Transportation 3 17 Employment, Section 21.5.1., who work their last scheduled day before and first scheduled day 4 18 after July 4, shall be compensated for the holiday.
