Common use of Section 9.1.4 Clause in Contracts

Section 9.1.4. 37 In the event employees are absent for reasons which are covered by Industrial Insurance, the 38 District shall pay the employee an amount equal to the difference between the amount paid the 39 employee by the Department of Labor and Industries and the amount the employee would 40 normally earn. A deduction shall be made from the employee's accumulated sick leave in 41 accordance with the amount paid to the employee by the District. 42 43 44 45 46
