Common use of Section 7.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 7.3. 19 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 20 agreed upon by the employee and his/her supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 21 forego his/her lunch period and the employee works his/her entire shift, including the lunch period, 22 he/she shall be compensated for the foregone lunch period.

Section 7.3. 19 9 Employees required to work through their regular lunch periods will be given time to eat at a time 20 10 agreed upon by the employee and his/her supervisor. In the event the District requires an employee to 21 11 forego his/her lunch period and the employee works his/her entire shift, including the lunch period, 22 12 he/she shall be compensated for the foregone lunch period.
