Section 7.7.1. 38 If a trip is cancelled or rescheduled after the driver has left their home the District agrees to pay 39 the employee two hours of pay at their normal rate of pay for the inconvenience. Section 7.7.1. 9 Both parties agree that due to school closures caused by inclement weather that the classified 10 employees shall suffer no loss of pay because of make-up days being waived by the State of 11 Washington. 13 Furthermore, both parties agree that the following options shall be made available to affected 14 employees not required to work during suspended operation/road restrictions:
Section 7.7.1. 7 Bus drivers will be paid one and one-half (1½) times their regular hourly rate for compensated 8 hours over forty (40) hours per week. Scheduled overtime must be approved in advance by the 9 supervisor. No driver shall knowingly bid into overtime.
