Common use of Section 5.6 Clause in Contracts

Section 5.6. Section 5.6 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by (i) deleting the “or” at the end of clause (f), (ii) deleting the period at the end of clause (g) thereof and substituting “; or” therefor and (iii) adding new clause (h) thereto immediately following clause (g) thereof as follows:
