Section 3.7.2. 14 The District will report vandalism to vehicles parked on School District property, assist in the 15 investigation, and use its legal authority to assist in recovery of damages. Upon completion of the 16 above investigation, if damage or vandalism was determined to have taken place on District 17 property while the employee was employed in District business, and the damage/vandalism was 18 caused by a student, the District shall pay the employee’s insurance deductible up to one thousand 19 dollars ($1,000) for repair of damage caused by the vandalism. Employees requesting 20 reimbursement must show evidence that an insurance claim has been filed and the repair work has 21 been completed. The District will only pay for damages not paid for by an insurance company or 22 other party.

The Primary Servicer may engage a third party at its cost to perform property inspections and prepare property inspection reports without first obtaining the consent of the Master Servicer; provided, however, that the Primary Servicer shall remain obligated and primarily liable to the Master Servicer for satisfactory completion of the inspections and reports as required by this Agreement. If any inspection report identifies a “life safety” or other material deferred maintenance item existing with respect to the related Mortgaged Property, the Sub-Servicer (x) shall promptly send to the related Borrower (with a copy to the Master Servicer by email to xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) a letter identifying such deferred maintenance item and instructing the related Borrower to correct such deferred maintenance item and (y) shall notify the Master Servicer (by email to xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx) upon resolution of such life safety or deferred maintenance item.
