Common use of Section 3.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.2. 16 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.

Section 3.2. 16 11 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern that relate to the employee’s 12 work to the attention of appropriate 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the 13 District.

Section 3.2. 16 14 Each employee shall will have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 15 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.

Section 3.2. 16 15 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 16 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials administrators of the District.

Section 3.2. 16 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District. 19 Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or 21 other persons present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the 22 District, if it is the employee’s desire, as hereinafter provided.

Section 3.2. 16 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate Association 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District. 19 Section 3.3. 20 Employees of the units subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other persons 21 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as hereinafter 22 provided.

Section 3.2. 16 Each employee employee, subject to this Agreement, shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the 17 attention of appropriate 17 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.

Section 3.2. 16 15 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 16 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of to his immediate supervisor and to the Districtsuperintendent in accordance 17 with District policy and administrative procedures.

Section 3.2. 16 15 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 17 16 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials or supervisors of the District. 18 Section 3.3. 19 Employees subject to this Agreement have the right to have Association representatives or other persons 20 present at discussions between themselves and supervisors or other representatives of the District as 21 hereinafter provided.
