Common use of Section 3.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 3.2. 5 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 6 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District.

Section 3.2. 5 8 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 6 9 Association representatives and/or or appropriate officials of the District.

Section 3.2. 5 6 Each employee shall have the right to bring matters of personal concern to the attention of appropriate 6 7 Association representatives and/or appropriate officials of the District, provided that such concern 8 relative to District matters shall first be addressed to the employee’s immediate supervisor.
