Common use of Section 18.3 Clause in Contracts

Section 18.3. 30 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms and 31 conditions of Article XIX, Section 19.3. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be subsequent to 32 the effective date, salaries, including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.

Section 18.3. 30 40 Salaries contained in Schedule A shall be for the entire term of this Agreement, subject to the terms and 31 41 conditions of Article XIXXVII, Section 19.317.4. Should the date of execution of this Agreement be subsequent to 32 42 the effective date, salaries, salaries including overtime, shall be retroactive to the effective date.
