Common use of Section 16.2 Clause in Contracts

Section 16.2. 2. 33 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 34 of this Agreement if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 35 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVI, Section 16.3, and 36 such retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such 37 schedule, if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

Section 16.2. 2. 33 38 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday following execution 34 39 of this Agreement Agreement, if possible possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 35 40 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIXVII, Section 16.317.3, and 36 such 41 retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such 37 schedule, 42 if possible possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.

In the 35 41 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant to Article XVIARTICLE XVII, Section 16.317.3, and 36 42 such retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday following agreement on such 37 43 schedule, if possible possible, and in any case not later than the second regular payday.. 44

Section 16.2. 2. 33 22 Retroactive pay, where applicable, shall be paid on the first regular payday pay day following execution 34 of this Agreement 23 Agreement, provided this occurs before the twelfth (12th) of any month; if possible and not, retroactive pay shall be 24 paid on the next regular pay day; or in any case not later than the second regular payday. In the 35 case of retroactive pay resulting from negotiations pursuant 25 to Article XVISection 17.3., Section 16.3, and 36 such retroactive pay shall be paid on the first regular payday pay day following agreement on such 37 schedule, if possible and in any case not later than the second regular payday.
