SECTION 109. 29 The District shall publicize within the bargaining unit for five (5) working days the availability of open 30 positions, new positions, and positions within pilot programs as soon as possible after the District is 31 apprised of the opening. A copy of the job posting shall be forwarded to the President of the 32 Association and to all Building Representatives. The Association shall advise the District, and keep 33 current the names and home addresses of those employees designated as building representatives. 34 35 Section 10.9.1. Reclassification.
