Common use of Section 10.12 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.12. 43 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does not 44 comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 45 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

Section 10.12. 43 26 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 27 not 44 comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 45 28 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.

Section 10.12. 43 19 An employee shall forfeit rights to reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does not 44 comply with the requirements of Section 10.1110.13, or if the employee he does not 20 respond to the offer of 45 reemployment within fifteen (15) days.
