Common use of Section 10.12 Clause in Contracts

Section 10.12. 24 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 not comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 26 re-employment within fifteen (15) calendar days.

Section 10.12. 24 7 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 8 not comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 26 re-employment 9 reemployment within fifteen seven (157) calendar days. It shall be the responsibility of the District to inform employees 10 of openings in the job classification held prior to layoff.

Section 10.12. 24 12 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 13 not comply with the requirements of Section 10.11, or if the employee does not respond to the offer of 26 re-employment 14 reemployment within fifteen seven (157) calendar daysdays from the date of receipt of the offer of reemployment by the 15 District.

Section 10.12. 24 44 An employee shall forfeit rights to re-employment reemployment as provided in Section 10.10 if the employee does 25 not comply with the requirements of Section 10.1110.13, or if the employee he does not 45 respond to the offer of 26 re-employment reemployment within fifteen (15) calendar days.
