Common use of SEB Plan Clause in Contracts

SEB Plan. Subject to the applicable legislation, the Board shall provide a teacher on leave pursuant to Clause 9.05(a)(i), (ii) or (iii) with a Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan providing for payment of the first two (2) weeks of leave at the normal Employment Insurance rate for the eligible teacher.

SEB Plan. Subject to the applicable legislation, the Board shall provide a teacher an Occasional Teacher on leave pursuant to Clause 9.05(a)(i7.04 (a) (i), (ii) or (iii) with a Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan providing for payment of the first two (2) weeks of leave at the normal Employment Insurance rate for the eligible teacherOccasional Teacher.

SEB Plan. Subject to the applicable legislation, the Board shall provide a teacher on leave pursuant to Clause 9.05(a)(i9.05 (a) (i), (ii) or (iii) with a Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan providing for payment of the first two (2) weeks of leave at the normal Employment Insurance rate for the eligible teacher.

Subject to the applicable legislation, the Board shall provide a teacher on leave pursuant to Clause 9.05(a)(i), (ii16.07(a) or (iiib) with a Supplementary Employment Benefit Plan providing for payment of the first two (2) weeks of leave at the normal Employment Insurance rate for the eligible teacher.
