Scope Responsibilities and Services of Construction Manager. 2.1. Scope: Construction Manager must provide the Services described herein and under Exhibit “B” for the Project. The Parties agree that the Construction Manager’s Services described herein will be based on the Construction Manager administering the work of a CMR, a Design/Build contractor or a Design-Bid-Build contractor with respect to the Project. The Council reserves the right to choose the delivery method for the Project.
