Common use of SCOPE AND RECOGNITION Clause in Contracts

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. L2.01 The employer being the Hastings and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx District School Board (hereinafter referred to as "the Board") recognizes the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as "the Union") as the bargaining agent for all Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel, who teach Kindergarten to Grade 8, save and except occasional teachers.

SCOPE AND RECOGNITION. L2.01 2.01 The employer being the Hastings and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx District School Board (hereinafter referred to as "“the Board"”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers' ’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as "“the Union"”) as the bargaining agent for all Teachers employed by the Board in its elementary panel, who teach Kindergarten to Grade 8, panel save and except occasional teachers.

L2.01 2.01 The employer being the Hastings Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx Lyell District School Area Board (hereinafter referred to as "“the Board"”) recognizes the Elementary Teachers' ’ Federation of Ontario (hereinafter referred to as "“the Union"”) as the bargaining agent for all Teachers, Occasional Teachers and Occasional Supply employed by the Board in its elementary panel, who teach Kindergarten to Grade 8, save and except occasional teachers.
