Common use of School Term Clause in Contracts

School Term. The school term shall consist of no more than one hundred, eighty-eight (188) school days, of which one hundred, eighty five (185) shall be the maximum number of student attendance days and three (3) shall be teacher in-service days. Should ISBE mandates change, the days noted in this paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly to comply with such mandates.

School Term.
