Common use of School Mail Clause in Contracts

School Mail. The Association shall have the right to use the school district mail and e-mail services for communications to employees covered by this Agreement related to its responsibilities as the exclusive bargaining representative. The Association shall not use the district mail and e-mail services for notices or materials that are either inflammatory or partisan-political in nature.
