School Grade. The Contract shall be terminated if the School receives a state-designated grade “F” in any two years. The Contract may be non-renewed or terminate if the School fails to make adequate academic progress in accordance with state and federal laws. This provision does not preclude the Sponsor from terminating the Contract for failure to meet academic standards within the first or any subsequent school year.
