School Facilities. The Association shall have the right to use the District’s office and meeting facilities, and to use its audio-visual and business equipment in the school buildings, at reasonable times when such facilities and equipment are not otherwise in use. The Association shall furnish or pay for the reasonable cost of all materials and supplies incidental to such use. The Association shall be responsible for the cost of any repairs, damage or loss directly attributable to inappropriate or improper use; provided such repairs, damage or loss are not covered by insurance, warranty, and/or service agreements.
