Technology Maintenance Sample Clauses

The Technology Maintenance clause outlines the responsibilities and procedures for maintaining, updating, and repairing technology systems or equipment covered by the agreement. It typically specifies which party is responsible for routine maintenance, how issues or malfunctions should be reported and addressed, and the expected response times for repairs or updates.
