For academic year 2016-2017, the University shall make available up to 106 ten (10) SoTL awards. The number of SoTL awards shall decline by one per year to a new 107 baseline of five SoTL awards is established in the 2021-2022 academic year. 108 109 (d) Applications for Incentive Awards. Until the Office of Faculty Excellence is 110 able to make applications electronic, applications shall be compiled in a binder with a 1” 111 diameter ring. Binder and divider pockets shall remain empty. Applications shall include the 112 sections listed below compiled on 8.5” x 11” paper, 12 point font, and with 1” margins on 113 all sides.

"Disciplinary action" means action resulting in a written warning, the withholding of an annual increment, a suspension, a demotion or a dismissal, as stated in the Administrative Rules of the Division of Personnel.

  • Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

  • Notification of Employees A. Written notice of layoff shall be given to an employee or sent by mail to the last known mailing address at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the effective date of the layoff.   • Orientation and In-Service Program The Hospital recognizes the need for a Hospital Orientation Program of such duration as it may deem appropriate taking into consideration the needs of the Hospital and the nurses involved.
