In view of MWT's·need for an adequate number of qualified and compeeent technical and professional personnel, up to 11 scholarships for advanced professional training to the Master's degree level and 10 participant training grants are provided under the Project (for qualified participants whose absence will not delay or harm the Project) as follows:
