Scheduling Support. Due to the need to have certain school staff spend time in the summer scheduling students for the upcoming school year, the parties agree to the following compensation: ● Highlands: One scheduling position paid for 10 days for extra duty summer work at per diem rate (for a total of 10 days of summer scheduling work) ● Crossroads: One scheduling position paid for 10 days for extra duty summer work at a per diem rate; One scheduling position paid for 5 days for extra duty summer work at a per diem rate (for a total of 15 days of summer scheduling work) ● High School: Four scheduling positions paid for 10 days/person for extra duty summer work at a per diem rate (for a total of 40 days of summer scheduling work). Those completing the scheduling support positions shall submit documentation showing dates and hours worked to the Human Resource Specialist prior to the first work day for the following school year. Work days shall equate to seven (7) hours thirty five (35) minutes. In addition to the current aforementioned extra duty at the per diem rate, counselors and scheduling support staff will be paid according to the hourly B-3 schedule for any work the administration requests during summer.
Scheduling Support. Consultant will compile necessary information to prepare summary level data of overall project schedules. Consultant will support “change management” practices to address needed project schedule adjustments.

  • Engineering Support When requested by CLEC, CBT shall provide timely engineering support. CLEC shall pay CBT for the use of its engineering services at charges previously agreed to by CLEC.

  • Marketing Support Planet Payment will provide such marketing support as Acquirer may reasonably require in connection with marketing the Acquirer Program to Merchants, including but not limited to: (a) The participation of Planet Payment personnel at meetings (if available) or conference calls with Merchants; (b) Assistance in the creation of collateral materials; (c) Assistance in the drafting of contractual agreements and addenda for Acquirers; (d) Assistance in training Merchants in the use of Planet Payment’s systems and reports, which will be made available to them under the Acquirer Program and the operation of the Acquirer Program, including but not limited to use of Planet Payment’s MWEB on-line reporting system and providing suitable training materials.

  • Scheduling of Work Subcontractor shall provide Contractor with scheduling information and a proposed schedule for performance of the Subcontract Work consistent with the Progress Schedule and in a form acceptable to Contractor. Subcontractor shall comply with the Progress Schedule including, but not specifically limited to, commencement, duration, and sequencing of activities. Contractor shall reasonably cooperate with the Subcontractor in scheduling the Subcontract Work and shall attempt, as reasonably possible, to avoid conflicts or interference with the Subcontract Work.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes.   • Software Support During the Term, Seller shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide all Software updates and qualified Software upgrades in accordance with the terms of the Service Contract as such materials become commercially available for distribution. Purchaser’s use of all Software, updates, and upgrades of Software shall be subject to this Agreement, the Original Terms, and the applicable ▇▇▇▇.
