Marketing Support definition

Marketing Support means the following: (i) advertising space, (ii) marketing services, (iii) promotional products or services, (iv) Other Data, (v) Derived Analyses, and (vi) other marketing or promotional products or services.
Marketing Support means any marketing services, goods or other support provided by Samsung to Pypo Beijing on terms that are provided on a preferential basis, such as discounts, fund subsidies, gifts and administrative support.
Marketing Support means costs of showroom displays and all other branded marketing and promotional materials created and developed by or on behalf of Licensee to be used to promote the distribution and sale of Licensed Products to the trade. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Marketing Support does not include costs associated with in-store seminars.

Marketing Support means the marketing support provided by TAB or its Affiliates or designees as described in the Operations Manual to assist You in a Mass Marketing Campaign as further described in Section 9.3.
