Scheduling Requests. User will respond to Customer scheduling requests within a reasonable amount of time, but in no event more than twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of Novadontics’s request for an appointment on behalf of a Customer. User acknowledges and agrees that repeated rescheduling or cancelling of Customer appointments may result in User or the relevant Practice Member(s) being removed from, or otherwise affected in the order of display of, appointment listings available to Customers, in Novadontics’s sole discretion.
